BUILDING HISTORY
Our building was previously part of Fayetteville’s first ever auto dealership, M&O Chevrolet. M&O main building was across the street from ours. Our building was utilized as the used car lot and autobody shop for many years.
We have had many guests tell us they have bought their car inside our building and/or had their vehicle serviced right here inside our building at one point. We even had a past bride’s grandfather said he was a mechanic here way back in the day.
In 2009, the Moores began a grand scale renovation project to breathe new life into the old building. Their goals were to make the building beautiful, functional, and environmentally friendly.
The former garage was finally converted into an office space for a marketing company called Moore Exposure. Hence the name, the "Moore Building".
After the marketing company was sold to a large marketing firm, the primary bay of the building was vacated and no longer needed for office space.
Fast forward to late 2015 when the once vacant building got new life breathed into it and transformed into the event space that you see today.
Studio 215 hosted its first events in 2016 and we have had the pleasure of being a part of so many amazing events.
