Studio 215 has a modern warehouse feel and is located in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina. Our building is from the 1930s, boasts over 6,100 square feet, and can accommodate intimate soirees or lavish affairs. This industrial warehouse features an endless amount of industrial charm from the exposed brick walls, 25ft vaulted wood ceilings with black arched beams, a car lift turned into a glass-top table, two indoor balconies perfect for a VIP area or additional seating, a private enclosed outdoor patio + so much more!

We offer a 10% discount off of our normal main Studio rental rates for all valid 501(c)3 non-profits.
