Please note that while we provide the foundation for your layout, Studio 215 does not provide decor setup services; this allows your florists and designers the freedom to handle your personal styling exactly as envisioned.

Catering & Professional Bar Services

To ensure the highest safety and service standards, we do have specific insurance and legal requirements for catering and bartending services. We maintain a diverse Pre-Approved Vendor List of professionals who already have their insurance (COI) on file and are familiar with our venue’s regulations.

Bringing in a New Caterer? If you’ve found a catering company your heart (and stomach!) desires that isn't on our list, we are happy to be flexible! To get them approved to serve onsite, we simply require two quick steps from the vendor:

1. Certificate of Insurance (COI): A copy of their current liability policy.

2. Catering Agreement: A signed copy of our standards and venue regulations.

It’s as easy as that! For all other vendors—including bakers, planners, and DJs—you have complete creative freedom..
