  • To ensure a seamless start to your event, we coordinate your custom floor plan in advance. Our team will have all tables and chairs positioned exactly to your specifications before you arrive, allowing you and your vendors to 'hit the ground running' the moment your access begins.

    Please note: While Studio 215 handles all furniture placement, clients and their vendors are responsible for all floral and decor setup.

  • We love that every event is unique! To ensure your day truly reflects your vision, we welcome your choice of outside vendors.

    To keep things running smoothly and safely, we do have two small requirements:

    • Bartending: For insurance and legal reasons, all bartenders must be fully insured and pre-approved by our team.

    • Catering: While we highly recommend our preferred caterers—who know our venue's standards and layout inside and out—we are happy to be flexible! If you have another licensed company in mind, just let us know so we can get acquainted. It’s as easy as that!

  • Our striking overhead beams are adorned with shimmering bistro lights, creating a warm, elevated glow throughout the space.

  • Elevate your experience with our upper-level Mezzanine. This versatile space is reached via a striking spiral staircase—perfect for photos or a birds-eye view of the party below.

  • The Little Studio features a built-in chalkboard wall—the ultimate blank canvas for your event. It’s the perfect spot for a hand-lettered welcome sign, a creative photo backdrop, or a unique way to display your bar menu and seating chart

  • The Little Studio includes a custom wood mobile bar that can be positioned anywhere on the ground floor to suit your layout. While it’s perfect for cocktail service, it also serves as a beautiful station for drink dispensers, a gourmet soda bar, or a dedicated dessert display.

  • The Little Studio features a convenient prep kitchen equipped with a sink, counter space, and a standard refrigerator/freezer. To ensure a seamless experience, all food must arrive pre-cooked, as our facility is designed for staging rather than active cooking and does not include an oven, stove, or warmer.

  • Stay Connected: High-speed Wi-Fi is included with every rental, making it easy to stream your favorite playlist, run a live presentation, or share your favorite event photos in real-time

  • Parking is easy and free! Enjoy access to our private on-site lots plus additional free street parking for all your guests.

  • Relax and enjoy your celebration! A dedicated Studio 215 Event Host will be on-site from start to finish, providing a helpful hand and expert venue knowledge so you can focus on your guests.

The Little Studio is an intimate space perfectly suited for gatherings of up to 40 guests. While we can accommodate an absolute maximum of 50, we suggest the 40-guest mark to allow for the most flexible floor plans and comfortable movement.

    FRIDAY

    • $775 for five (5) hours

      • Available between 8:00am - 12:00am

    SATURDAY & SUNDAY:

    • $775 for five (5) hours

      • Hours are between 4:00pm - 12:00am

      • Please click our “specialty day-rate” tab for the 8:00am - 3:00pm hours

    Each additional hour is $150 within the approved time-frame for any day

    MIDDAY RENTAL

    • For those looking for ultimate flexibility, our Midday Rental covers all your event needs with a 9-hour block at our standard hourly rate. This $1,350 package is available starting as early as 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM and is a favorite for micro-weddings or events requiring elaborate setups and detailed designs

  • Monday - Thursday

    Includes all items and services listed above for our Little Studio

    • $675 for five (5) hours

      • Hours are between 8:00am - 12:00am

    • Each additional hour is $135

  • Saturday - Sunday Rentals

    Includes all items and services listed above for our Little Studio

    • $675 for four (4) hours

      • Hours are offered between 8:00am - 3:00pm

    • Additional hours within the approved time-frame is $100 each hour

Please note that holiday dates and Thanksgiving weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are subject to holiday pricing for both packages. To allow our team to enjoy well-deserved time with their families, The Little Studio is closed annually for Thanksgiving (Wednesday–Friday) and for our Winter Break (December 23rd–31st).

  • Item descriptionThe Little Studio is available for events daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

    On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer two distinct booking windows to accommodate multiple celebrations:

    • Specialty Day Rate: Book a minimum of 4 hours between 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

    • Standard Evening Rate: Book a minimum of 5 hours between 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

    • The Midday Full-Day: Want to bridge the gap? Midday rentals are available with a 9-hour minimum at our standard hourly rate.

  • We are happy to reserve your date up to six months ahead of time! Since we operate on a first-come, first-served basis, we recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind to ensure The Little Studio is yours.

  • To officially secure your date at The Little Studio, we require a signed contract and a $500 retainer, which is applied directly toward your total rental balance. Once the retainer is received, the remaining balance is conveniently divided into monthly installments, due on the first of each month and concluding the month prior to your event. Please note that all dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • While The Little Studio can accommodate up to 50 guests, we strongly recommend a maximum of 40 for optimal comfort. At full capacity, tables are set for 10, creating a very intimate atmosphere. For larger groups, we suggest a 'social style' or cocktail layout rather than formal seated dining.

  • Yes! Alcohol may be served at your event provided you use a bartender from our Approved & Insured list. Please note that all events must strictly adhere to NC ABC Regulations and laws. For the most current list of approved vendors and a copy of our formal alcohol guidelines, please reach out to Taryn.
