This 1937 industrial building has charm and character around every corner. With exposed brick, vaulted 25 foot talk wood ceilings, exposed beams, hanging bistro lights, a featured pallet wall, spiral staircases, and so much more! Everywhere you look there is a unique wall or prop for you to use to get the perfect shot! There is also plenty of room to bring in your own props or backgrounds.

Our venue is the perfect location to take headshots, engagement portraits, bridal portraits, maternity photographs, group photographs, product images, plus so much more!

Our venue has also hosted video shoots*, it has plenty of room for equipment and the crew to work in.

*Filming disclaimer: We like to be transparent as possible. Studio 215 is NOT a sound proof recording studio. Our building is brick and concrete, as a result the smallest of sounds may sound amplified when recording. Studio 215 is also located downtown and we cannot control outside noise (trains, outside businesses, drive by noise, etc). For quiet one-on-one filming with just human audio (i.e. interviews with no music or audio overlays) are not encouraged here due to our acoustics and outside noise. They have been done here many times, however, we want to be transparent.
