A STRIKING WAREHOUSE EVENT SPACE
A STRIKING WAREHOUSE EVENT SPACE
Studio 215 is the premier 6,100 square foot event space nestled in downtown Fayetteville, North Carolina. With 25 foot high, vaulted, wood beam ceilings and exposed metal rafters our studio creates a unique atmosphere. There are two large indoor balconies nestled at each end of the room. These balconies are perfect for taking your party upstairs or just watching quietly from above.
HAVING A MORE INTIMATE EVENT? Check out our other space, Little Studio 215. Our 1,100 square foot event space has the same industrial charm, high ceilings, etc as our main studio plus the added feature of our palette wall. This is in the same building, just down the hall.
We provide round tables, banquet tables, cocktail tables, up to 240 mahogany chiavari chairs with white padded cushions, our security guard, as well as Studio 215 staff for your event... The rest is up to you! We want your event to be as unique as you are. We ask that you bring in one of our go-to preferred caterers. We allow you to bring in your own alcohol, insured bartenders, desserts, DJ, band, etc.
Our private outdoor patio is included with the rental of the main studio. It perfectly suits for a rehearsal dinner, live music, an intimate dinner, dance party, or a game of corn hole.

It was in the works for several months and has finally happened. Our patio offers roughly 1,100 square feet of outdoor space. It is the perfect place for your guests to get a breath of fresh air, maybe play a game of cornhole.
We started work on the patio in October 2016, before Hurricane Matthew hit. Check out the video time lapse vlog below to see if we were able to finish it before the storm hit...
We are located downtown in the historic fire district of Fayetteville. Our building is located at 215 Williams Street, a few yards from the intersection of Russell Street and Williams Street.
Some of the landmarks near us are Bright Light Brewing, the Climbing Place, the Airborne & Special Operations Museum, the Transportation Museum, the newly renovated Prince Charles Hotel, and the brand new Woodpeckers baseball stadium.
The short film below shows highlights from one of the first wedding receptions in our primary banquet hall.
Because of the high demand for a smaller room at our venue we opened "Little Studio 215". It has all of the charm of our main space, but in a more intimate setting. It is perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, small conferences, birthday parties, and graduation parties. Plus so much more!
probably one of the most unique walls in North Carolina. Watch the video of the project below...
Our palette wall in the little studio
From our giant chalkboard wall in the big studio, to exposed brick walls and spectacular mezzanines, Studio 215 is unlike anything else you'll find in North Carolina. This beautiful piece of work was created by Tiffany Parsons Designs.
